1	SELECTED EXPLANATORY NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS
1.1	These interim accounts have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of International
	Accounting Standard- 34 (IAS-34) "Interim Financial Reporting" and being submitted to Shareholders
	as required under section 245 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
1.2	The accounting policies adopted for the preparation of these accounts are the same as
	those applied in the preparation of the accounts for the preceding Period ended
	June 30,2005.
1.3	In terms of company's policy, the Unallocated Pre-Production expenses are to be equally
	amortized over five (5 )years .
1.4	No Depreciation on Assets except a Hut at Sandspit ( Lease hold) and Vehical has been
	charged during the period as their has been no production activity during the period under review
2	GENERAL
2.1	These financial statements were authorized for issue on October 29,2005 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
2.2	Figures have been rounded off to the nearest of Rupee.
2.3	The members are requested to kindly send to the company their copies of National Inentity Card
