DIRECTOR’S REPORT
The Directors of the company are pleased to submit their report together with 1st Quarterly Accounts for the period ended 30th September 2006.
The company could not commence Production during the period under review due to paucity of infrastructural facilities at Winder.
We are trying hard to get Gas connection as soon as Gas Pipeline is erected by the SSGC.
The Pipeline to Winder for Gas supply has already been approved by the Government and the SSGC is working on Gas line, the work is in progress.
Due to frequent break downs of Electricity in the past, the company suffered losses on account of damages to machineries.
The Directors are hopeful about the future of the company as the Gas supply would be availed in near future and the company would yield profit through sound internal control systems and by implementing cost effective measures for ultimate benefit to the Shareholders.
Loss for the 1st quarter under review was Rs.131, 624 due to Administrative Expenses.
The directors appreciate the services rendered by the employees of the Company.
