DIRECTORS’ REPORT

The Directors of your company are pleased to submit 3rd Quarterly Accounts for the period ended 31st March 2007 together with the financial statements of the Company .

The company could not carry on production during the period under review on account of  unavailability of infrastructural facilities at Winder.

The SSGC is working on Gas line and seeking funds towards the cost of laying pipeline for supply of gas to Winder from the Government of Baluchistan.

The Government of Baluchistan has advised the stakeholders to pay their agreed amount so as to complete the Project as soon as possible.

Upon the supply of Gas, the management would be able to re-start the Unit by installing Gas generators.

Loss for the nine months period ended under review was Rs.430,474/= due to administrative Expenses.

The directors appreciate the services rendered by the employees of the Company.
